  • The heart of Nordic Drone is made of 3d printing from titanium. This achieves a top lightweight structure and minimizes body vibrations. All aim for optimized air data collection.
  • Nordic Drones is outstanding in its class – the flying time is up to 74 min. The flight weight with imaging capability starting from 4 kilograms and it is able to map over 100 hectares during a single flight. When imaging with a 24 Mpx (or 42Mpx) camera in 150 meters the ground sample distance size is 3 centimeters. GeoDrone can be equipped with a fixed nadir ortho gimbal or with a 2-axis gyro stabilized brushless gimbal and video link.
  • GeoDrone includes the VideoDrone Ground Station flight planning software. The application works on Windows computers and it is used to plan the area to be mapped. The actual flight is then carried out automatically. The computer is not included.

PPK

Precise georeferencing enables the production of exact point cloud, orthophoto and DSM products with minimal preparation and speeds up the processing time of the collected images. Typically, sufficient accuracy can be achieved without the use of measured ground control points.

Post Processing Kinematic PPK is a highly accurate satellite positioning method. Using PPK reduces preparation time required on site, which increases the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of working. GeoDrone PPK enables the creation of precise end products of targets, which would be difficult or even impossible by traditional means.

Pix4D

We are the reseller of the Pix4D software in Finland, meaning you can buy the software license directly from us.

Pix4Dmapper Pro license for one user (installation possible on two devices) is an extremely versatile tool for mapping and land surveying. It can process thousands of aerial photographs into precise 2D models or 3D point clouds. Based on our own and our customers’ experience the Pix4Dmapper Pro is one of the best tools available on the market.

The software can process both still images (photogrammetry) and possible multispectral images.

Elistair Tethered Drone Systems

Unlimited flight time for monitoring

We are a reseller with Elistair products in Finland.

French manufacturer Elistair designs and manufactures tethered drone systems which allow practically unlimited flight time for drones.

Elistair’s innovative technology supplies power to the drone from the ground unit with a tether. The ground unit gets its power from an external power source, such as a generator. Applications for this technology include occasions where longer and continuous video broadcasting is needed, such as public events, fires, surveillance, catastrophes or traffic monitoring.

The system is also capable of transmitting data in addition to power if needed. The drone can be equipped with a transferable 4G or Wi-Fi base station.
We have integrated the Elistair system to be compatible with the GeoDrone. The battery can be replaced with the Elistair Air module, thus making the flight time not dependent on the battery. The maximum possible flight altitude with the tethered system is 50 to 100 meters depending on the model.

We also supply the Elistair tethered stations to other manufacturers’ drones. Please ask for compatibility with your drone.
